How do I place an order?
Click the Add to Cart button below the product you are ordering. To view and edit your order before placing, click the View Cart icon at the top right of the page. From Your Shopping Cart page, you can adjust quantities or remove products as needed, or click Proceed to Checkout to place your order. At this point, our Sales Department will review and verify your order as needed before sending to the Order Processing Department.
Alternatively, call a member of our Sales Department at +1 (800) 854-9146 during business hours, Monday-Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, to place your order. You can also reach our Sales Department by emailing email@example.com.
If you would like insurance added to your order value, please contact us before or after placing your order.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel orders, please call (800) 854-9146 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon receipt of your notification we will immediately start processing your return/exchange. Depending on how much time has elapsed since you placed your initial order, we may have already shipped the product to you. In that case, you may need to return it to us.
What is the shipping policy?
Most orders can be shipped the same day! Please ensure your payment is received prior to 5:30 PM EST. Our Shipping Department operates Monday-Friday 10 AM to 6 PM.
We accommodate Blind Shipping and Drop Shipment Requests, both Domestic and International. To request an order to be drop shipped please contact our office.
Tax will be assessed for all shipments made to FL as required by law. Tax will be calculated at checkout.
Free Ground Shipping Policy
Your priority is our priority. Every order ships free within the contiguous 48 States excludes P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO.
With our customers' time sensitive and mission critical applications, our goal is to delivery every order as fast as possible.
95% of all orders received by 5:30 PM Eastern Time are shipped the same day. If you have an Urgent order, please feel free to call our Order Processing Department at (800) 854-9146 to make arrangements for same day shipping.
All standard shipping orders will be shipped Fedex/UPS ground and will arrive in 2-5 business days, guaranteed!
Additional Shipping Overnight, Next Day, and Express Options
We offer the following shipping services nationwide:
- Fedex Express Saver - 3 Day Service in the USA and Canada
- Fedex/UPS 2 Day Service including 2 Day AM
- Fedex/UPS Standard Overnight Service including Priority 1 A.M. Delivery
- Excludes P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO
When placing your order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Upon confirmation of payment, your item will be processed and shipped out the same day if the payment was cleared before 5:30 PM EST. If not, it will be shipped the next business day.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item has been processed and shipped.
We have a highly automated and efficient inventory, shipping and delivery system. There are also a wide variety of shipping choices, including special offers. Carriers include: FedEx and UPS.
Please contact us if you have not received your tracking number or confirmation of delivery after 2 business days.

How do International Orders work?
Orders for shipment to addresses outside of the U.S. and including Canada, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico are subject to the following terms:
- International orders and inquiries can be placed online. Please include your telephone number and e-mail address with your inquiries.
- Orders for shipment outside of the U.S. are subject to shipping fees, applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders must be prepaid in full via PayPal or in some cases Wire Transfer can be used.
- Incoterms for shipments outside the U.S. are CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid). Processing times may take an additional 3 days compared to domestic orders.
- Storage Parts Direct will not ship to freight forwarders unless product is for their internal use only. All international orders must ship directly to the end destination.
- Storage Parts Direct can drop ship physical products to an international location.
- Please note that certain products may not be exportable due to their classification. Also, certain brands may not be exportable for contractual reasons. Storage Parts Direct reserves the right to deny an export for any reason.
- Storage Parts Direct does not provide certificates of origin, NAFTA certificates or any other free trade certificates, letters of credit or legalized paperwork. Pre-shipment inspections, when necessary, are the customer's responsibility.
- All commodities, technology or software are exported from the U.S. in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.
- Diversion, use, export or re-export contrary to U.S. law is prohibited. Export to the following countries is prohibited: Cuba, Iran, Sudan or Syria. In addition, products may not be exported or re-exported to entities and persons that are ineligible under U.S. law to receive United States commodities, technology and/or software.
International Order Procedures
International orders must be verified for fraudulent security reasons. Once verified the order will ship the next business day. If you have an Urgent international order, please feel free to contact our office for a rush service.
International return shipping is not covered in case of return or replacement.
Canceled/Returned international orders will not be reimbursed shipping fees.
Taxes/Tariffs for the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If for any reason the items is not collected and shipped back to StoragePartsDirect.com, a restocking fee will apply.
